Return & Refund Policy

At Ayyan Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to supply high-quality medical products and healthcare supplies throughout Pakistan. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if:

• The item received is damaged during delivery.

• The wrong product was supplied.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The product is incomplete or missing parts.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

• Opened or used surgical disposables.

• Sterile medical products with broken seals.

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

• Customized or special-order products.

• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

• A copy of the invoice or purchase receipt should accompany the return.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

• If a replacement product is preferred and available, we will arrange an exchange instead of a refund.

Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Ayyan Enterprises will bear the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error by the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

• Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)
